Duet with Saibal

Saibal has encouraged me to write poems since my early days in flickr. He is always happy with whatever I write. The most interesting thing here though is that Saibal himself is a poet, lyricist and singer. I feel so happy that I could inspire him to start writing again after a long period of silence.
Saibal likes to post pictures of his lovely wife whom I see as my sister. One day he posted two photos of her. One of them was with a poem. He dedicated that poem to me. How sweet! I had to do something. I put a translation of the poem in his comment box. Below are all these together.

You are still unknown.
Seven millions of stars
A quest spanning all my life
All because I want to know you.
My mind,
Painted with the colors of
All the Seven chords
Shattered again and again.
Just because
I want to know you
Longing for you,
Finding you in my arms?
All my emotion,
All the masks I wore
Lost again and again
Only to know you.
The rainbow at the break of light
The afternoon sighs
The waiting in the dreams at night
Just because I want to know you.
